Our plan is designed with generous limits that comfortably cover normal repair shop use. If your business grows beyond typical usage, we will work with you to accommodate your needs. You will always be notified well in advance.
Do repair quotes and invoices share the same professional templates?
Yes. The same polished template applies across all your repair quotes and invoices, ensuring a consistent and professional look for your shop.
How do I collect payments from customers?
You're free to accept payments in whatever way works best for your shop: cash, card, Venmo, etc. While we don't currently process payments directly, you can include clear payment instructions on your invoices for customers to follow.
What if there is a feature YourBiz doesn't have that I want?
If you'd like to request a new feature, simply log in and use the built-in support system to submit your request. We actively review feedback from repair shop owners to guide future improvements.
