All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as consumption tax, VAT, or GST). Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. No additional handling, processing, or service fees are charged beyond the listed subscription price and applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any internet connection or communication charges required to access and use the service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then. Mid-term cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds: Refunds for the unused portion of a prepaid billing period are available upon request. The refund amount is calculated on a pro-rated daily basis: (days remaining ÷ total days in billing period) × amount paid, excluding taxes. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge via our support team at [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or material violation of our Terms of Use.
Cooling-off period: As this service is delivered digitally and becomes accessible immediately upon subscription, statutory cooling-off periods do not apply.
Exchanges: As this is a software service, physical exchanges do not apply.
You'll have access to the service immediately upon completing your subscription registration and payment processing.
We accept credit cards, processed securely via Stripe.
Your payment is processed immediately at the time of subscription. Recurring charges are billed according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
